Yes - for many clients, it is. Our structured GO-LIVE methodology is designed to enable rapid deployment in as little as 4 weeks, depending on project scope, availability of internal champions, and stakeholder engagement. We provide a pre-defined rollout plan, a dedicated Customer Success Manager, and a phased configuration model to streamline delivery. While some customers may take up to 8 weeks, many GO-LIVE within 4.
You’ll have continued access to our Customer Success team, training resources, and the Digital Onboarding Hub. For additional guidance, our optional HyperCare Support Program provides enhanced advisory, usage monitoring, and real-time chat with our support team.
No problem, we handle it through phased configuration. Our implementation plan allows for custom integrations, API mapping, and existing data migration. We also offer bulk upload support and a training environment to safely test and refine your setup before deploying changes to production.
While we recommend appointing internal champions, Fluid handles the heavy lifting. Your dedicated Customer Success Manager will lead configuration and training. All we ask is that you nominate super users from key departments to support adoption and join train-the-trainer sessions.
