Effective capacity planning and project cost control

We've made some big enhancements to our resource capacity dashboard, providing PMO teams and project managers with better insights into resource utilisation, capacity planning, and project cost control.  

There are four distinct views — Headcount, %, Hours, and Delta — each specifically tailored to address a critical aspect of resource management and capacity planning by providing insights into resource allocation, utilisation, and discrepancies. These views help project managers and PMO team members easily manage their resource pool, optimise utilisation, and improve project performance.

We’ve enhanced the Azure DevOps/Jira integration to provide an even more seamless workflow between platforms. Customisable sync modes and improved ordering of subtasks facilitate efficient project management, streamline workflows, and enhance overall productivity for teams using Azure DevOps or Jira, and Fluid.

The milestone completion notification feature keeps project managers and editors informed about important project updates. By receiving email notifications for completed phases or milestones, stakeholders can respond promptly to changes, streamlining the project management process.
